Chris Pelle

CEO | Head of Police K9 Sales & Training

A former US Army infantryman who fell in love with training working dogs. Chris has operational experience as a K9 handler and has handled both single and dual-purpose dogs in private contracting. Chris is a Drugbeat-International Certifying Official, earned his K9 Field Training Officer certification, is a certified police K9 decoy, and decoy school instructor. His no B.S. approach to training and dedication to the success of the police K9 units we work with set us apart from other police dog vendors.

Cody Barday

Police K9 Training Director

Cody is a Marine veteran who spent multiple deployments overseas as a Tactical Trailing K9 Handler and has deployed overseas multiple times as a private contractor as well. Cody attended the Tom Rose School for Dog Trainers and is an expert police K9 trainer. Cody is our resident expert in, you guessed it, tracking and trailing.

Taylor Davis

K9 Trainer

Taylor has been training police k9s, military working dogs, and border patrol dogs for over 10 years. He also attended the Tom Rose School for Dog Trainers. Taylor brings a ton of experience to the team as a trainer and excels with training detection and is a world-class decoy.

Is a retired Phoenix PD K9 handler and handled dogs for the majority of her career. Lisa brings practical and real-world applications and experience to our K9 training team. She is a fountain of knowledge and a K9 tactics expert.
