Understanding, training and being able to effectively communicate with a canine is an extremely rewarding career. Whether you are contemplating about becoming a dog trainer or are already in the professional dog world as a groomer, vet. tech. rescue group or volunteer we will teach you use of proper tools and techniques to assist you to advance in your career.
We have an extensive core program for those looking to enter professional dog training. Our instructors course will teach you how to motivate your dog, identify, address and modify fear, aggression and dominate behaviors,bite prevention, how and when to apply certain tools and techniques and more.
In addition to classroom study, under our guidance we will provide you with hands-on training and receive instant feedback from your instructors. We teach multiple techniques to equip you to handle a variety of training situations and temperaments.
Not only will you be working with your own dog, but you will be provided the opportunity to interact with our pack and puppies as well as area rescue and shelter dogs. You will also be given the opportunity to foster each of YOUR rescue or shelter students. By working with shelter and rescue dogs, you receive the unique experience of real-world dogs with varying temperaments.
Training any dog is a necessity, however training their owners is equally if not more important. We teach you how to instruct others to always remain calm, confident and always in control .
In our spacious climate controlled lecture hall, we teach our students using a combinations of classroom study and hands on applied training. Our Power Point presentations, videos, readings from applied research projects, field projects, classroom discussions, and student group projects will leave you fulfilled with a world of knowledge to be able to successfully start your own business.
We have recruited Financial institutions ready to assist you with financial aid and student loans. Cost of courses includes tuition, application fee, equipment and books.
After completing our courses we offer Apprentice positions for our students as well as franchise opportunities to qualified applicants.
Dog Obedience /Behavior Trainer /Instructor Course :
Our 6 month program will provide you with the solid foundation you require to become a professional experienced dog trainer. Through use of a balanced mixture of hands on training, classroom study and real life experience,students will learn to effectively train dogs applying theories and techniques through our extensive hands on program to ours, their own and shelter canines as well as educate pet owners.
When you are ready under our guidance you will conduct some private sessions on your own to help you gain confidence. You will be provided with text books and equipment and will be required to apply hands on training.
You will be interacting with various breeds and temperaments from the playful pup to those who display fear, aggression and or dominant behaviors. You will be fully equipped with a solid learning and applied education upon graduation from our program. You may select the start date in which to begin your program as with all of our programs and training we provide individualized and group instruction .

Canine behavior
This course is designed for those already in the Professional Pet Industry as a Groomer, Pet Walker or Sitter, Doggie Day Care , Vet. Tech., Kennel Attendant or Volunteer. You will be interacting with our pack, as well as various breeds and temperaments from area Rescue Groups and Shelters. We will re simulate situations that apply to your profession. You may select the start date in which to begin your program as with all of our programs and training we provide individualized or group instruction
