Dear David and Paula,
We would like to thank you for your friendliness and professionalism and, most
important, for taking the time to answer every question we had.
Please accept our sincere appreciation for the incredible positive method of teaching that
you provide. You taught us that positive reinforcement was very essential in the process
of training. We just didn't believe that you could change Champ's bad habits in such
a short time.
We both can share Champ's success ( 9-month-old Weimaraner mix). We have been
practicing, and he is doing great. I can't believe how much he has learned in the past few
weeks. He continues to improve everyday. We couldn't have done it without your
guidance.
