THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!   Never let it be said that you "2" do not go above and beyond!!!   I cannot thank you enough for assisting me with giving Spirit a bath as part of the training.

First and foremost she was starting to get a bit stinky!! I am sure she would not agree, but the bath did her good!

Like I have always said, Spirit is not like any dog I have ever owned.   Funny, the last bath I attempted alone, was what made me call you guys, because it was at that time, I truly thought "this dog is going to kill me."

Last evening made me more aware of a few things....One, Spirit probably does not like the confiment of the bathroom, cannot say I disagree with her...Secondly, Paula, your idea of placing the leash around the plastic rod was great! I was going to attempt the bath alone, but could not get an idea of how the heck to keep her in the tub, Now I know!!! Drying her outside of the bathroom also seemed to be a key factor and I have no problem with that!  

As for the lawn mowing, I will work with the mower to get her to stay on her side.

Your right, she probably thinks of the mower as a big toy, but I would prefer the coffee can as her toy because it cannot cause as much disfigurement.
